I had enjoyed absolute freedom to perform my responsibilities. I was allowed to be a part of the decision making group.

Dislikes

Very unprofessional in handling man power. Company doesn't have a proper HR Dept. No proper or clear HR policies.Very sluggish in settling F&F.
