Just for sake of staying in camp you detached with society, you will not have work life balance, still you are senior ok, but if u r under of the dumb person you cant get any knowlege

Excellent support from higher management. Higher management adapts initiatives that might make it better. The organization values individual ideas and gives freedom of work.

The organization needs a clean up and eliminate employees who spoils good culture and obstruct the new initiatives, Veteran employees taken it granted and bothers new way of works and ideas.

Company's Directors are very well mannered and they always make a friendly behavior for the staffs. So all the staffs are always serve for the company's welfare , only.

As Company's directors are very polite and gentlemen, some company staffs leg-pulling other staffs.

Employee are all friendly in nature...if you don't have good practical knowledge you can acquire good knowledge from them.

There was no defference between engineer labour and supervisor...B.tech graduate engineer should get some respect at least
