Dislikes

No bonus, no cl and sl, no insurance, esi and pf dedication both employer and employee from our salary. Only 6 days leave will be provided by company for jan to dec. If you join in July they will provide only 3 days. That will also adjust in late arrival and early leaving. No hospital, no hotel and food shop around 2 to 5 km. Also no bus and share auto. You have to come to the office by your own vehicle. Only 2hrs once bus will be cross the office. That is also won't stop in front of the office. Tipical marwadi company. Don't work on this group.

Dislikes

There are two types of employees :- (1) One group is big spoons (chamchas) of Management (Dineshbhai's chamchas) they will be getting all the benefits. Others will not get the normal companies are giving.
