...personal grudges..boss showing too much involvement in employees personal lives. very low salary.. low hike. People constantly pulling each others down if you are a fresher do no go for this company as freshers are given least importance in terms of everything. Very poor human resource department.

Bsv is a good company and hr policy is also good canteen facility very well enjoyment work .I like BSV from the heart

Salary of officer to sr .executive whome experience is more but salary is less than freshers employee. Salary should be revise

...n tamilnadu doing un-ethical sales, i already update in this division vp and HR. But they didn't take necessary action and they all are focused me and hold the salary and allowance. In tamilnadu Zbm. Mr. Veerakumar doing here for the un-ethical activity.

Timely Salary , nothing else is good. Working here was a nightmare.

Dislikes

Everything, specially culture, ethics, morality. Most garbage uncultured management . No one want to stick with this organisation. Specially be aware of Mr. Sujay Das Biswas , who is a 2nd line manager or ZBM , he taunting and attack personally. He don't deserve to be a chaprasi. So, if you are planning to join avoid or if you are in the organisation search other company.

Nothing to like, less salary, bad culture, there is no concept of Hierarchy, marketing managers interfere in sales dept they calls to RBM n TBM for sales, Company has hired some marketing manager from shit cultures like cadi*** pharma
