...n tamilnadu doing un-ethical sales, i already update in this division vp and HR. But they didn't take necessary action and they all are focused me and hold the salary and allowance. In tamilnadu Zbm. Mr. Veerakumar doing here for the un-ethical activity.

Timely Salary , nothing else is good. Working here was a nightmare.

Dislikes

Everything, specially culture, ethics, morality. Most garbage uncultured management . No one want to stick with this organisation. Specially be aware of Mr. Sujay Das Biswas , who is a 2nd line manager or ZBM , he taunting and attack personally. He don't deserve to be a chaprasi. So, if you are planning to join avoid or if you are in the organisation search other company.

Nothing to like, less salary, bad culture, there is no concept of Hierarchy, marketing managers interfere in sales dept they calls to RBM n TBM for sales, Company has hired some marketing manager from shit cultures like cadi*** pharma

Sales Driven Company with proven Immunoglobulin Brands . Marketing takes second priority. Major emphasis on training & sales activity.

Compensation is good.All Marketing & sometimes sales related activity responsibility is on marketing team. Not many support system
