There is no rational in salary at sme level for same job profile, someone is paid very high and other is having very low salary at same level. However sometimes company might have certain limitations also on their part for not doing rationalization.

For fresher it is a good company because of its name in the market and certain departments such as production where are eager to train new joiners

Dislikes

...is very poor, inspite of enough man power the work load is not disturbed evenly. There is no overtime pay.The manager start shouting when you do a small mistake. And above all the appraisals are par below only upper management eats the cake. You have to work on Sundays too on some days

...f members. Management should be providing more working powers to staff members. Pay Scale for fresher is good but for an experience person it is actually less then an average labour. 0/10 for cleaninlines in areas. it is all good when there is an audit comming. Poor Work-life balance as personal's are less and have to work for another person's shift too.ie more then 8 hours of which you r getting paid for

Bsv is a good company and hr policy is also good canteen facility very well enjoyment work .I like BSV from the heart

Salary of officer to sr .executive whome experience is more but salary is less than freshers employee. Salary should be revise

...n tamilnadu doing un-ethical sales, i already update in this division vp and HR. But they didn't take necessary action and they all are focused me and hold the salary and allowance. In tamilnadu Zbm. Mr. Veerakumar doing here for the un-ethical activity.
