There is no rational in salary at sme level for same job profile, someone is paid very high and other is having very low salary at same level. However sometimes company might have certain limitations also on their part for not doing rationalization.

The company is innovative and adopts latest technology. The projects works depends on the advanced technologies of drugs is very useful for the coming generation when the it comes into market. I am very greatful that I was a part of the team diring my project work. Open environment to learn many things. Good working environment and good colleagues.

Compensation provided does not meet the kind of work which is done. Each work should be given more love and respect.

...n tamilnadu doing un-ethical sales, i already update in this division vp and HR. But they didn't take necessary action and they all are focused me and hold the salary and allowance. In tamilnadu Zbm. Mr. Veerakumar doing here for the un-ethical activity.
