All system of our company is very good but work shall load to employees who works with their responsibility like contractual employee due to job lossing. BPCL has no any rule for leave (CL, Medical, & EL etc) , increment , medical benefit, gratuity, bonus and PF,

Company policy for contract employees is not good. There is no any provision for regularization, Leave (CL, Sick leave, E L) PF , Gratuity etc. Company do not provide any safety tolls /shoe etc to cont. employees.

Bharat Pumps & Compressors Ltd is only CPSU manufactures Process Pumps, Oil exploration pumps, Nuclear Pumps and Process Gas Reciprocating Compressors as per API standards supplied in all refineries & pipe lines, fertilizers, steel plants, petrochemicals, captive power plants & nuclear plants etc like IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, CPCL, KRL, NRL, VSP, BSP, RSPL, KRIBHCO, IFFCO, INDOGULF, RCF, NFL, ONGC, OIL, NBPPL,OPAL, BHEL& NPCIL etc. So for the pay scale & benefits and security of jobs are as per Govt norms.

Being a CPSU company is passing through financial crunch and man power has been reduced from 2500 to 285 approx till date because no new induction by Govt of India as per policy. As for as myself is concern i am gong to be retire after superannuation due on 31.05.2018. therefore looking for the suitable job.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
