work culture, behaviour of blue collar employees they treat us like slave, salary is very low, you can just pass your time here, Sometimes you need to listen abusive words from BPCL Onroll employees also.

There is no job security. No promotion or appraisal. After apprenticeship they are ready to offer me a job but with less salary and contract basis not permanent.

Nothing, even though the senior management is very bad, while appraisal they will not care, otherwise they behave like they are the only one owning a company. Senior management is very ignorant to the new ones coming and just believe in sarkar ka paisa khao aur bhul jao

... management to everything only accomodations are good but that too at some cost. They will show such high package with us it was around 19 lpa but in hand it is only 50k and rest is not know. And also they will make u work overtime around 15 hrs. If u are from nit try in some better company and leave this

Job security, salary is higher than private counterparts in the initials 5-7 years. Benefits are good, such as leave policy, loan facility etc.

Work culture is pathetic, zero career path, transfers without and career plan and in efficient and outdated procedures.
