Very poor company. They treat you like a laymen. Mr. Deepak Gupta and Mr. Rahul gupta treatment to their employees like a laymen . In this company you have no future. There is no work culture only reporting on phone who is sitting!!!!They have no interest in production and plant utilisation . Expired age person working there. They have no vision. Rejection % going high but any body not discuss about this. M/c condition very poor. In their views only Shanker rao( technical operator) hero!!! He hide each and every things in plant. He is also a Bluffmaster. If you know to buttering to MD's you could serve there otherwise God will help you. Deepak Gupta talk like illetrate person and always insult you. Publically. If you want to work there you have to know first buttering like Shanker Rao( Technical Operator). There is no time culture you have to come on time but outgoing not fix. You have to do 13-15 hrs daily. And ask about increment they will became serious like baby . A GM, Mr. Sanjay Nandanwar joined in 1st March and after 28 days he terminated without any notice or any mistake. This is the culture. So Dear when join this company pls consider all these problems.

No culture of work. Treatment like layman. Management very poor mentality. MD's PA behave like CEO. Actually he is a first class PEON. "Ji Sahab Ji Sahab" in company no respect of working female . Mr. Abhay abuse them like Rand... Mad......Ku....

Company owner Rahul Gupta full supporting and he did not make the product when as yet I pass the product. Owner ask to me that product quality and product analysis ok or not if i say yes so production kept runing otherwise he said me stop the machine and short out the problem by operatos and engineers. My QC post is most important in Bharat Pet Ltd and owner very happy with my performance because I given him acurate report of my shift.

Some person jeaulous with me and my work
