Slow Growth in Salary, I have work 9-12 Hrs and no extra benefits pay by company wile our Directors Having a good personalty and really great.

Nothing here is to like. Higher level management is full of owner's family members. Even they don't know how to do their category work. Like if Administration work is handled by son of the owner, he doesn't know the mean of administration. This whole company is a shit. They hire and start dominating you by day one

Everything is too dislike about this company. No incentives, no job security, no work life balance. Company is like penny-pincher. Go for everything spent on nothing.

Only being like a dog always need to buttering from a junior operator to Head, No one can responsible for their job, only buttering policy needed to work in bharat Oil & waste Management, They not trust on new employee, management also support him, management don't know who is right for this company, they thik only buttering employee is good for this but this is totally opposite. ● Lack Of Management ● Irresponsible ● Buttering policies ● No time table for old staff and local employee, ● always point out and taking out mistakes, from new employee, Etc.....
