Job security is zero, compensation is decent at the time of hiring, and if they don't have your replacement option. once you completed your probation and at the time of revision you will get a 5% of increment. Whatever written in your job description, it doesn't matter. you have to work as per your senior requirement. Directors do not value an individual's strength, which is why i have to back my suggestions most of the time. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is painful sometimes.
