very bad , very worst institution which i saw in my life span . and the one and only worst person in all over the India is bharat institution chairman. he him self feel like head accounts, principal , faculty , engineer, , security ,one man job he him self feel like he is the only one capable person in his institutions. he comes to college at sharp 4 to 5PM in the evening. regular meetings but no use. westing of all other timings be careful don't join their

... . nothing responds . worst management . one year agreement . chairman torcher . 6 months 25% of salary cuttings other than that one and half month salary comes late . so guys don't join in bharat institutions

Bharat institution is one of best college in city with skilled faculty and good working environment and with handsome salary, salary hike and incentives based on performance. Working here is very good experience to upgrade our skill.

...a lot of internal politics is involved which might make your life a living hell. Higher is your salary lesser is your job security. If you are getting greater than INR. 1,00,000/- (one lakh) per month, your job permanently insecure. You are just 1 phone call away from losing your job at any minute after getting some garbage excuse (Like you cannot control students, you have bad student feedback, your publications are not good). If you are from a high demand subject like Computer Science, AI & ML -nobody will dare to touch you. Even bad performance will be completely overlooked.
