Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day.

1. Highly stressful work environment. 2. Employee hard work is not valued. 3. Employees in stressful roles get one weekly off, while those in air-conditioned offices get two. 4. No job security; HR forces and threatens employees to resign. 5. Appraisals are biased. 6. Poor canteen facilities. 7. Employees handle all the work without support from workers or top management and receive no appreciation.
