1. Highly stressful work environment. 2. Employee hard work is not valued. 3. Employees in stressful roles get one weekly off, while those in air-conditioned offices get two. 4. No job security; HR forces and threatens employees to resign. 5. Appraisals are biased. 6. Poor canteen facilities. 7. Employees handle all the work without support from workers or top management and receive no appreciation.

Big name. Many verticals like new vertical of Defence. Fresher can get knowledge as well as company promotes their employee fir higher education.

Salary and yearly appraisal are very low as compare to other MNC

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Career growth is Slow down due to Industrial recession & now Covid 19 is going to affect future growth. Company's Loss in profit is increased as compared to new investment. Return on expansion (Payback period ) is increased due to slowdown which will definitely affect future.

Dislikes

no extra benefits as such. no promising future as you can be downsized anytime in the name of cost cutting. all saturdays and most of the public holidays and festivals are working days.
