I would like Working atmosphere particularly take extra care of women that is also I like. I learning more knowledge in Bharat FIH they giving more best opportunities.i was gathered great working knowledge from Bharat FIH. personally I like.

Some one partiality for giving star bonus and apraisal percentage. directly I affected like this issue.

My previous company, I am fresher to that company,It's very safety for women.They will provide salary at correct date no issues in salary.The freshers who didn't have any job they can surely go to that company.In covid time they supported lot it's appreciatable .

...ple get good food,tea and coffee but we not go to drink t r coffee in that time.we and they getting same salary but huge difference we found there).If their is any cultural activities, only general shift people participate we all always want to work as slave.we all didn't get any facilities like them.low career development opportunities.

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On tha job training is not given to new joiners.
