Only thing i liked about it that's no overtime works.

Job security is null, because company all of a sudden shut down and forget about promotion or appraisals, they did even pay us the last two month salary, we got fed up mailing our HR about our pending salary, neither he receives our ( me & my colleagues) call neither he responds to our mail, worst experience this is how they treat their employees, and even HR how can he run away with all of our last 2months salary our hard-earned money. I have nothing to say but 👎🏻

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
