I don't think that I like something about this organisation.

Dislikes

There are zero no. Of leaves for employees ..... Besides of that there is no medical facility or leaves , talking about salary increment and promotion , there's no increment of salary and the salary package are very poor ...food and mess was disgusting .... Overall it's just usage of employees for their work nothing more matter for them .

The work pressure is very high. some time , i have to work 15 hours in a day and i have to attend client calls in the evening and late in the night.

Yes they are well supporting even though in thise pandamic sutitution they don't overload us they understand employees needs very well and I'm very happy to work in their company. And I'm very thankful for them.

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
