...specially HR don't care to do their duties. The way they speak is very annoying. To pay our increments they give as arrears that too as number of portions. You will never know how much percentage was your increment.

... find such employee grilling procedures. In every mail they talk about 2 things. Dress code and Cutting salary. Forgot about increments. Increment cycle is like every two years.. Hahaa.. Funny yes. Really 2 years. When go, no proper and timely releaving. And loose all benefits. Best of luck for your joining, welcome to hell. For experienced people think 1000 times before committing, because you laugh @salary slip.

No proper releaving even after notice period and hold benefits for months even after releaving. Painful HR policies.

Worst and Fake HR policies. Polices to theive money from employees. No transparency in salary slips. Foolish rules. Shame on HR

One of the best thing about company is tremendous career growth and skill development opportunity due to innovative projects company working and good attitude and patience rewards will come. I am satisfied that whatever I learned during Acedemic for Virology Subject I can able to apply my knowledge and improve my knowledge with development over time. Most important work freedom if I have some good idea helps to benefit Virology or company management support innovative thought process. Employees working with dedication, honestly company is monitoring them and investing on individual training by sending them to workshop or conferences across India or Abroad

Salary and appraisal system needs to be restructured to remove flaws. H R policy not much innovative and developed to attract more intelligent people inspite of have such strong product portfolio and work freedom

New joinies can learn more things , faster than other companies,this company will give multiple tasks to single person we're as other companies will give single task to new joinies.

Doing more work but getting less salary.
