Independence. Salary part need to be over hauled at all level. No training as per development part of an individual. HR practises are immediate need. Attrition rate needs to be checked. Lack of motivation amongst individual.

Negativity is the biggest element, employee feels disoriented. Need severe overhauling

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressures is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
