The company is very good for training and skill development, salary and appraisal criteria is also very good. 100% Job security.

Employee growth is slow, the work pressure is very high, I have to work 12 to 16 hrs in 3-4 day in a week.

...nd fooding at very nominal cost. Best place to learn and grow as a professional. Salary for the core department engineers (i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgy, Mining) are the best in the industry. They treat new joinees as their "Damaad" ( son in law) and try to every possible facilities for those new joinees just seperated from their parents and entering new phase of professional life. They also maintain a healty gender ratio among news joinees that is also cherry on cake for all those B.Tech guys😁.

Remote job location. 6 days working. Very less holidays.

Manpower less but high opportunity to excel your skills. School,Hospital facilities available nearby for family and individual.

Work life balance issue. Manpower less in each department. Salary hike will not much.

Non uniform Salary structure. for ex. Salary of new joiners/fresher is more than an employee with 10 years of rich work experience.
