Additionally, being surrounded by creative minds and engaging with students from diverse backgrounds could foster a stimulating and dynamic work environment. Overall, the chance to inspire and empower others in their design journey would be the highlight of working at a coaching center for design.

cant enjoy rigid hierarchies that stifle creativity or slow decision-making processes. Micromanagement could also be frustrating, as it limits autonomy and can inhibit productivity. Additionally, if the company culture doesn't prioritize work-life balance or personal development, that could be a drawback.

There is nothing to like in this company student life is good compare to employees but student also some time dosent get any proper studies or notes at a time.

The company it self is dislike no job security you have to learn on your own being a employee no 1 will give u product knowledge no staff even office boy work also you have to do some time no proper place to sit for parents & staff student lots of restrictions just to deduct the salary etc lot of thinks to be dislike for this company I'll not suggest any 1 to be part of brds there are many company apart from this you can join there u will not find much restriction which brds has for there employees
