The company's managing director is very supportive & kind nature person. When I had joined this organization, no one guide me & explain me about how to do work, discipline, safety, so at that time Manager sir had given proper guidance like I can say true mentor of mine.I love the fact that I am a part of an organization that 2nd largest dyes oroduction company in Gujrat. Company have high quality products and global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various states & cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Personal work experience growth is slow. senior executive of maintenance & production department do not value & resepect employee's unique strengths, due to that I must take back my suggestions most of the times. Also, there is no on-job training for fresher's, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step,which is a pain sometimes.
