...working here from last 3 months but till date I absolutely have no complaints. Company offered 2nd & 4th Saturday off, Salary on time & flexi time work pattern which is very helpful. Work environment is too good. Management is very much understanding & concerned about their employees.

...work allocation , doer will do the work and audience staff will watch the match. Salary not in time, Management have done a mistake with selecting such head staff.

Is salary on time and consistence? Is year on year appraisal good and consistent? Is they have any upcoming project or work ? How many old employee working here and are happy ? Is management give clear instruction on work ? Balance sheet is having good loan ? All project delivered with in time ? How they treat old employee after some one leave ? Job security? All are question with dislike

Salary is very less as compared to other developers.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Toxic seniors. Third class quality of work. Office politics. No respect for engineers. Engineers are asked to work as labour contractor. Seniors defending contractor over their own junior staff.
