There is alot of politics and soupprting staff .salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 8years before which you can't resign.my xray technician job experience is very good and comfortable.

It's a quite good place to work as a doctor where you can get an first hand experience of handling mild cases to somewhat moderate level cases & also gets to know about how to approach a case coming in emergency & how can you give the best management to a patient with an available basic modalities & can also help with respect to developing communication skills which would really help in further practice in bringing out the required history from patients which is sometimes a quite a task when we deal with patients in a government setup.so yeah overall you will learn something better while working in this setup.
