Nothing. No Canteen food facility,

Top management enjoy insulting. Anytime they can say you to quit. There is no job security. She enjoys insulting, shouting, screaming, most vocal. Never listens. Any moment you are fired. Not at all job security. Most important stay away from HR Dept especially Jaya. This company is called SETHIA COMPANY. The mid & senior tenure is just 2-3 month. Even if you leave they will not provide relieving letter. Never came across with such HR or Management Culture.
