... Mahavir International School - prefer to keep the post anonymous for my safety. The job consultant Rish job clarified my salary expectations and role requirements before the interview. they confirmed the interview will be talked by the school trustees - Sanjay sir & one of the trees one lady will be their Ma'am. Unfortunately, these are very unexpected experiences and you all should know and shout out for the disrespectful behaviour of the surat most of the schools are business to them and employees are to them are labours to treat them with disrespectful being pull you down their other way of communication is more passive aggressive

...schools, rather than assessing my qualification and experience for the role. 4. Salary Mismatch and miscommunication to blaming to the others: Despite confirming salary expectations with the job consultant, the interviewer immediately dismissed my request, citing budget constraints, also he mentioned we have other agencies to give us employees on the same role who mention such things the interview if you wish to proceed with other please go ahead but you can't say it on someone upfront if those agencies give you employee for the same role then why you want to waste other person time and insutlung it you guys things we can run the school I am sorry but 'we' ' I 'are millennials generation want to stop doing wrong things we want equal treatment and respect I stand behalf of all who go through such things which most of the schools in surat dose these behaviour mostly gujraties /Jains stop this practice if you don't have the budget to give fine then don't interview the highly qualified teachers to come and can contribute you have no right to degrade the candidate with his current salary and more over I learned from you that you are going to start the IB board your cambrage board is shifting from IB that seem now claelry you can't not full fill its criteria you can't full fill the standard of the aboard . For the IB board which you are going to start hope you have a good team this time to look after such things to start and fulfil the standard quality of the vision and mission let see if will be a bit / you cannot stand in front of the found head school which is first IB board in surat its much better process of interview and qualities of educators are well maintained. 5. Focus on business over education: The conversation felt more focused on business aspects rather than the student-centred approach I expected from an educational institution it seemed the priority was not on quality education or student well-being but rather on business metrics. Lack of respect for candidates: I was frugally interrupted during the interview and was not allowed to complete my responses. The overall tone felt condescending, and it seemed as if the interviewer wanted to challenge or undermine me rather than have a constructive. Advice to management 1. Create a comfortable environment for candidates, especially in a centrally air-conditioned building and ensure basic facilities are functional, they can have water at least. 2. Review your interview materials to ensure they are clear and legible. 3. Train staff to conduct interviews professionally, focussing on candidates' skills and experience rather than unrelated matters. 4. Be transparent about the budget constraints from the outset to avoid waiting for the candidate's time. 5. give JD a description in advance to the candidate for more clarity and insist on changes during the interview round to make the candidate confused about your expectations and communication between you and your Rishi Job consultant there is no gap between third-party requirements shows disrespect internally. Final overall, the experience was disappointing and left a negative impression. For a school that aims to maintain high standards, this interview experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. it's time for candidates and the community in surat to take a stand against these maladaptive practices. Schools need to respect educators and conduct interviews with integrity and fairness I urge candidates to be aware of these issues and advocate for themselves, as the culture of lowering expectations and disrespect needs to change. There is significant room for improvement in this interview experience to attract and retain qualified educators.

...n the school. Management is too weak. Removing every year more than 30 teachers. Keeping last month salary even employee completing notice period. Sending principal on long leave without reason.
