They do not pay salary on time. At the time of expenses, they keep on acting like the expenses will be paid today or tomorrow. The army gets upset but they never listen to the workers. There are too many employees here, too many joints.

It's been 6 years I am associated with Bhagat engineering works and this journey have been filled with ups and down and leading my way to financial independence and learning many skills to sharped my accounts as well as my behavioural knowledge in corporate. Delightful to be a part of the succes of the company and myself as well

Since the time I have joined Bhagat Groups it is my experience that following the organisation hierarchy all the employees are heard and that is the greatest strength of any organisation. Giving the work life balance and help and creating an environment where you enjoy working and growing.
