Bhadra International was a pretty good company to work with. I learned much about the values of team work and commitment, how to work hard and also how to focus on the goals of the organization. Moreover, i learned how to stay disciplined and to be completely professional during my working hour's. Each day we would be given different allocations so that we can learn every duty perfectly.Also i have got excellent training in customer care and hospitality aswell.

Dislikes

Well telling about what i disliked about Bhadra international is the salary scale is decent but its very difficult to do saving with this salary. Here i feels like the carrier growth is very slow.There is a bond of 1.5 years before which we cannot resign, and if we resign the bond amount will be not refundable.

The support which given by the management or senior staff to their employees. Even in this covid situation they giving opportunity to work for them. Providing ppe kits on duty time.

Salary package for their employees is not at all good in this situation or before.

I had resigned from the firm because there was no development. We learn work because they make us work like dog for 14 hours or more and and not giving extra pay in sallary for over time.

They cheat us making fake promise. Company never kept its word.

Working as a Coustamer service agent and cargo agent was good experience helps me to improve a lot in my career. For managing cargos as well as passengers learning different cultures make me good

Learning experience is really good for fresher's and even undergraduate also get the chance to work while pursuing their studies

Pay scale is very terrible only 12400 per month , management has nothing to do towards the concerne of staff only focusing on representing thier brand, as it's based in Chennai language barrier for outsider's and local staff never consider to communicate in English even they are working for international airlines , rascisam and nepotism for other state people
