...y. Dominated by senior. Management is like a house , not like a limited company. Company culture is also not well, as insurance premiums you have to pay 50% which will be deducted from your salary. Less coverage amount. If you work or not you have to oiling your boss.

Working time is more than 12 hours. Even you have to work on Sunday. Only south Indian are good performers as per management view as they give information to their godfather seating at ho . There's a policy to declare every year a best performer who gets monetary benefits. Every year only south Indian gets the chance.

Retirement age is 58. Financial power is cetralised. For every small amount approval is required.

Filthy work environment made my mr sudip Das site incharge at site,frequent transfer, higher management listen to boot lickers, no support from headquarters, small things are delayed without any reason, zero safety culture at site

Only the salary timing is ok for me till now.otherwise there are no positive attitudes.

Because anyone expect actually feedback from company which will be dependent his work and his behavior with the company's staff.That's the really matter But this company may be maintain other policy.
