...nts was more or less common; would not recommend the same regarding promotions salary/appraisal - pretty much impaired/close-to-dysfunctional HR deptt will ensure a sadist experience wrt salary/appraisal process (which in other places aren't this big a disgrace); performance bonus component (somewhat in hand of your deptt head/manager) are still satisfying. Travel - Good exposure Politics - plenty, especially in operations teams learning - satisfactory; work environment - studied approach to deal with employees, they did a lot of study to control how you perceive/adapt to company's decision and environments

Company closed due to upstream psc was not renewed by Shell group

When it was BG Group it was one of the best MNC in mumbai Oil and Gas, when She'll group took over BG Group it became worst work culture and lot of politics within the company. Employees were layed off from jobs in onshore and offshore. Shell worst company only politics All upper level management is worst.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality product and has a global client base.

the work pressure is very high sometimes i have work 14-16 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night

BEING THE FACT THAT THE COMPANY IS FOREIGN AND MULTINATIONAL, WAS LOVELY TO WORK IN SUCH ORGANISATION. TRAINING WAS BEING CONDUCTED AS NECESSARY REQUIRED, THOUGH MOSTLY TO THE PERMANENT STAFFS - I WAS CONTRACTUAL SO I WAS NOT REALLY A BENEFICIALLY, BUT THAT WAS A COMPANY POLICY SO IT WAS OK. THE COMPANY WAS WELL EQUIPPED AND ONE OF THE HIGH REWARDING COMPANIES IN TANZANIA. HUMAN SAFETY AND WORKING CONDITION WAS GIVEN TOP PRIORITY

WELL, NOTHING WAS REALLY BAD EXCEPT THAT NO ONE IS PERFECT SO I GIVE THE COMPANY FOUR OUT OF FIVE STARS
