...they are in a mentality that, employees are 10-8 passed out. No respect overall. 2/ Extortion - You won’t be able to see money (ur’s salary), as if u wanna get salary than u’ll invest ur incentives. neither, if u wanna get incentives, than salary will be invested. Most of the DSE has their own stock to sell to adjust the bills (throughout the entire month). You’ll be on loan everyday. Pressure - A/ They thinks, as there is no jobs around so lets run the DSE likewise. Company maintains their punctuality at morning to start work at 8:30 am, but they forget this punctuality in the evening, till 8-8:30 pm. B/ You’ll have to work at-least one Sunday every month, sometimes it’s goes 3 Sundays as well, no logic will entertains. (Even u’ll works against ‘May-day, or ‘election day’) 4/ Personality development - You’ll just learn sales, but your’s personality will ruin. If you are joining with a decent face-physics, within 3-4 month you’ll finish yourselves. 5/ Expenses - No DA & TA is a myth here. And a lots….. *Buddy, it’s being more than 6-7 months i’m not being able to buy even a jeans for me (family is far away).

company will pay you & train you as learning institute...to much platform to build up knowledge & habituated you to giving your smart work with utmost dedication in short period & difficult time in one word BGDPL will help to accelerate your working skill & promote armature level to legendary level.

Good place work but no fixed timing. And the work pressure is very high according to the salary expectation. No such promotion/ appraisal are there. So I will give it 3 star.

Good company .....bt salary structure is very poor... people are cheap minded and salary growth are so good

There is a lot of politics at work site.... people are so cheap minded.... management are not so good at all..... senior's behaviour are very bad not helping junior and work load not matched at salary scale......
