Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. Beware of BFIT and GNC college fraud they do not pay salary,they did not pay salary of many teacher and staff members,the CEO is very bad person, he do not pay salary and do not promote anyone, they kick out you from the institution when they find someone better than you without any salary

...esides they will torture you so that you fail to do any other work for yourself. During this COVID they were paying us @ 50% deductions in our salary, and now they have asked us to go on forced leave; and to a few they have asked to leave permanently. So this is the worst place you should be at.
