Daily Favoritism & Toxic Language: If you’re okay with blatant partiality and unprofessionalism, then maybe this is for you. Otherwise, beware! 3. Inexperienced Management: Led by fresh graduates acting superior but lacking real managerial experience. They’re all talk – especially in front of the owners. 4. Fake Work Culture: They lure you in with parties and drinks, only to mask the harsh reality. You’ll end up regretting it every day. If you're in the hiring process, don’t fall for it. There are countless other places where you’ll actually thrive and feel valued. Choose wisely!

I seriously made a stupid mistake by joining this company, and I hope you don’t do the same. If you’re coming in for design, copy, or anything else, it might be fine, but if you’re planning to join as an account manager, please don’t. There’s no growth here, and the politics have no boundaries. I’ve been working here for a year, and honestly, there’s nothing I can say I’ve really learned. If you date or get involved with someone higher up, you’ll get more preference and resources—you can come in whenever and leave whenever. But if you’re not in that circle, just be ready to do whatever you’re told. The language is often filled with cuss words, and I’ve seen everyone leave. It seems like the senior manager who thinks he’s the boss and his girlfriend are creating a family here while nobody talks about it. I’m on the hunt for a new job too, so don’t be fooled by any positive vibes; I’m pretty sure HR tells people to say nice things.

Opportunity to work with a young enthu-cutlet team. iHub-The project mgmt tool is simply perfect to work on. Decent salaries. Opportunity to learn new performance marketing first-hand. If you keep ego hassles aside and adapt to the fast-paced work environment, BeyondWalls is actually good company to work in. The average team age is 25 and you keep learning new things about real estate performance marketing. Yes, the place has work pressure that typically exists in every agency, but as said before, if you are quick to adapt and eager to learn, it can be a fun experience.

Everything, There is no management, no policies, just politics and most of the employees are abused by the so called management. The management are really really bad, they don't know anything, the company was running on some 3rd class investors money till now but it's exhausted and they are not able to release salaries to the employees. They took laptops from some employees saying you don't require them. They don't have any revenue model and builders are making fool of them and they are happily spending money, saying investors money. They have website which says this award that award, it's all fake and paid(literally). The management and employees abuse each other on floor, if the partners or vendors ask for money, they ask their employees to go beg for money. This whole arrangement can be called the works working place is the world. This award should be given to them and placed on their website, as the only real award
