Micromanagement, Culture is not standard, no structure way of working. Doesn't allow you to take leaves incase of urgency,incase you do so you are been treated in a very non professional way which is very hard to deal with.

Beyond Key is a great organization for a tier 2 city like Indore. I have got good opportunities to learn new things and explore the different technologies. If you are talented Beyond Key gives you all the resources to boost your growth and improve you productivity.
