Since the project is postponed , there is no adequate engagement of employees and thus employees have work life balance. Till date no motivating activity can be recalled. Beximco Communications Ltd, has a huge false image in the Bangladesh Market, banking on the goodwill of Beximco Group. Since there is no business happening over the last 2 years, there is nothing happening other than planning. Wish that Beximco Communications Ltd starts its business at the earliest and keeps its employees motivated.

Dislikes

Salaries does not get credited on time mostly all the months, attrition is high. There is no clear fore-site as to when the DTH project is getting launched, as it has been differed at least 4 to 5 times over the last 8 months. There is no HR Policy for employee hiring , thus luring different probables with different proposals. People skills and attitude is getting rusted , as they have hardly any activity to do.
