The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

I had worst work experience, bexcode made me work nearly 1 month, and then they terminated me without having proper discussion and they are not even paying me my salary for the days I have worked, very unprofessional and unethical, Umesh and Misha were my reporting manager, even after my repeative calls they don't have basic humanity to answer the call, The reason in the email they mentioned background check is negative, I had clearly mentioned the issue during my interview itself, they have wasted my 1 month time and they not even ready to pay for it, Worst management and worst place to work Never join

Yes this company is good for those who want to work with pharmacy-based inhouse designing work, if you are looking for a longtime stable then not here for Designer, all overwork culture is good, time flexibility is good, best thing is 5 days working

There in house working process in the designing department, they don't know what they want, actually designer fill like DTP operatior, and when they hire a new designer then they start to ignoring old designer work and excluding that emplyee, so in short, you have to be ready to find new company when they hire a new designer, this is my thought maybe this not happen with next employee
