I don't think there's anything exceptional about those things. They seem to be pretty average, much like their team management.

Poor Management Capabilities Micro Management No Appraisal No Promotion Partial Treatment Seniors with big Egos and small IQ Please refrain from applying. Trust me, you will thank me later.
