Working at this company has been a truly rewarding experience. The people are incredibly supportive, and the work culture is fantastic, i've had the chance to work on exciting projects that involve trending technologies, allowing me to continuosly learn and grow. The company provides ample resources for skill development and always prioritizes employee well-being. One of the higlights is the fun team meeting on tuesdays where we come together to laugh, bond, and share knowledge, it's an enriching experience that makes the workplace even more enjoyable.

I have never come across a company more employee-focused as BTS. The culture is all positive and supportive and in all the time I have spent with the team, I have only received positive and constructive feedbacks. Everyone is extremely helpful and supportive. Most importantly, I was given time to adjust, learn and apply myself. Individual pace is respected. And lastly, the team has fun together. Even in times of pressure, I found that the senior members of the team absorbed it and helped the team work though it.
