I didn't like anything infact they do not have proper HR policy and even they don't care for their employees. Beta Edge is also not even registered and whatever their client tell them to do they do it like firing employees without any reason. Their client Appsonnet don't even gave me any marketing team and client even dont have time to give approval for social media posts. They just wasted time and also skill development is totally 0 here because they don't even provide training.

Dislikes

No HR policy, no training, no team for marketing, owner Anubhav is totally dependant on his client Montu his client. Montu says remove this employee then anubhav terminate that employee without any reason. Client itself doesn't have time to give approvals for social media marketing and expect to work alone like I was given training by them 'idiots'.
