You will have access to all CAE software's and you will be encouraged for any case studies and tool development Taken very good care of all employees during COVID and WFH is possible if having any concern. Good place to work in a customer-facing role. Enough free-time/freedom to explore different areas of the subject and the software. In addition to this, the engineers will also have to access the necessary simulation hardware. Good colleagues/management who will help you if needed. In addition to this, I would also say that there is no office politics.

Dislikes

The salaries should be higher by at least 20%. There should be a dedicated up-skilling pathways.
