...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...idaysThere is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...time i am working 14 to 16 or 17 hours. Company giving monthly 4 days leave. Some time i m thinking ds s salary not ok for my job. Bcz i am working hardly more time. Nw my working hour early morning 6 am to night 10 or 10.30.

Worst company I ever seen in life....Company GM and his son Ankit very bad behavior to all employees...Every Day GM drink and scold every employee..operator, Helper,supervisor .... Company is like hell in earth.....worst Company... ..I don't have language to say about the condition and situation to such Company... .

Management level seniors are not trust worthy,when and what they say they even can't know. Any time they can get dissatisfied from you and in saying of branch manager they will send a transfer mail for the place where u can't survive so you are bound to Resign or else salary will be holder
