Good work with trending tech stack, learning is good but lacks a bit of process. People are good to work with, decent managers.

Dislikes

Very strict about Work from office and not having any flexibility in that. Work hours gets stretched sometimes due to US team collaboration and time zone difference after which you need to be in office at 10 AM which makes us feel like whole day is spent for work. Leadership qualities are not very great, no empathy in US leaders or India HR as well. They just want to get the work done and doesn't care about employees situation much.

The most interesting thing is that we can meet lots of clients from time to time. Work environment was great but the work-life balance was little difficult in such a way I used to reach office by 9.30 am but every day I was able to depart from office betwen 8 pm and 9 pm.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
