NO JOB SECURITY, COMPANY CAN CHANGE ITS POLICY ANY TIME WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION LIKE LEAVE COMPENSATION, ARREARS, INCREMENT, FIRED WITHOUT ANY NOTICE PERIOD. PERSON IN COMPANY WHO ARE FROM LONG TIME, MOVING FROM HERE DUE TO RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF MANAGEMENT AND SENIORS.

Work is so much you can learn from there , but there is no job security, if you are belongs to management relationship ie village , friends and family etc you can grow , and they hire trained person who can learn their relatives as well after that you can be fire.

Light night working no appreciation Want everything in seconds even no database purchased. Can’t have any other thing to do except work.
