Salary late but they give you salary increment every quarter

Dislikes

Management is poor, stupid rules and regulations, deductions of salary is a concern and they will delay to give salary as well, deduction of incentives are huge, auditing formate is incorrect

Dislikes

The HR manager won't let you climb the ladder of leadership,.too much politics and they fire you without any notice pay and salary. Will reduce your incentives after calculation and will give you false hopes in the name of incentive and salary. Basically a Lala company who is running on the dictatorship of Mr. Arpit Goel and her mother.

A bit of work life balance is there.

Dislikes

Teerible job security, they'll fire you without any reason and notice period and also don't pay the notice period amount and incentive. They have a terrible policy which is mentioned in their appointment letter too that they will deduct money and hold the incentive in case of firing but won't pay any notice period amount. Management won't even listens employee's concerns. In the name of appraisal they just give 2000 hike or sometimes appraisal happens in 2 years. Won't recommend anyone to work here.

Just I regards Owner s of this Company... Because of I learn so many things from this company that's why I am regards. Since 2007 to 2021 it's long journey from Company.

They forgot all humanity... Only they remembered Sale Sale Sale... That's it... I Just Say! You show results Sale Automatic with Us... Clients are shouting because of Quality and They saying just do Sale... And Never listening any complaints... Naa Wo Clients ke complaints sunn rahte Naa hi Staff complaints... Sabko Sale Sale bol bol ke... Clinic me ek dusre se fighting me chor diya hai... Sale karna galat nahi Hai but galat tarike se karna galat hai... I don't want to disclose more things... Just say, Thank God... I Blessed, I left that company...
