Work culture is great people at Berkadia are very supportive. There is job security at Berkadia. Management provides employee benefits like vouchers and also provides various certification courses which employees can make use of. There are various committees like "Woliba" for employees relaxation from stress once in a month, separate women's forum for working women to guide and support them for managing their professional and personal life. There is Development and advancement which conducts various events for grooming employees skills for future roles. I can say working at Berkadia is about developing yourself and getting access to plenty of knowledge in the US mortgage industry.

Compensation is not satisfactory but we do have job satisfaction and a stress free work, People are considerate.

There is no restriction on what you wear if you're in night shift. Good company if you're starting your career.

Dislikes

Office politics is extreme. Difference between fixed and CTC is huge, which explains how bad the salary structure is and you'll be forced to work, but still won't get it all as mentioned. Its a circus.

Company has good norms and policies regarding employees which needs to be implemented by the leaders.

Leaders from VP level injects method of favouritism to leaders, hence, leaders choose employees who is likely to them unless someone raise their voice.

Our team is not good managing work life balance because we have have huge team of 40 members. And no proper collaboration. But the other teams are good. There is a lot to learn from berkadia
