Working culture is very poor, 90,% people do backbiting, very High level political have in the company many people work from last 10-12 year. Those not settle new person.They are far away to adopt the new technology. Increment late by 10months every year.90% employees keep waiting for when a person will work and we will show his work. Higher Management is very keen to explore the new markets around the world. They have a great zeal and putting investments for this. Products are of Good Qualities. Just need to study and understand the individual markets and the competitors' products. and need to update and modify the products accordingly. The Company also ready for it.

Dislikes

The 2nd Step Management are still working on the traditional methods. They are even not ready to update their selves. The habit to through the ball from their hand to the others is a big problem. Just need to change this habit and they should take their own responsibilities.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
