They will give you like daily basis salary if you are absent any they will cut the 600rs from your salary, no one will help you in this company, if you want to go to meet painters they will be in very far from us they will not answer our calls, because they know Berger paints is the worst company

I have worked almost 1.5 year there in Varanasi depot, salary and incentive part was Great... Support from manager and team specially anubhav Sir, ABHAY sir and Vishal Sir.... They are a great mentor....

Work Environment: The work environment has room for improvement. While there are some learning opportunities, the pressure and lack of consistent support from management and peers can make it a tough place to work.
