Md is so good.company is growing only present of this man..paint quality is little bit good.but jsw paint is doing good.for that reason berger paint's future will be bad.asian paints is doing good and jsw paint is growing so its a big tragedy for berger paints.everybody must be avoided this company especially freshers.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.paint industry is totally different from other industry.now in this company Vodafone strategy is growing..managers are coming from telecom sectors by doing internal politics and day by day company share is decreasing.In last month 100rs share price deceased..12th pass students are doing job here as a sales officer..

...etic... They deducted my colleague's fnf amount.. because he left the company... Salary what they show looks good... But its like just giving you money so that you can increase your work experience.... Salary what they show... And what they actually give doesn't match.... Managers are worst... They themselves can't talk and behave professionally and expect us to behave professionally.... Even dealers and contractors are fed up of Berger's services... because of such kind of attitude showed by managers in company.. Also work time so flexible.. that you can work till 12am or even 1am.. you can also work on Sundays... Basically you will not have any work life balance or personal life... Only drink beer with your managers and you only will have to pay the bill....your manager will not pay... Gaurav Kumar Gupta & Nishant Sharma (HR)... both are fraud...In name of training they give only 2 days product knowledge training and later tell us to visit field for self training...

Poor work life balance : You are supposed to work Monday to Saturday. In exigencies Sunday is also a working day.But these exigencies are often.It can be improved if CHRO intervene.Even if it is a holiday on Sunday, they will schedule a useless meeting. Less Salary: Salary difference between MTs from IIMs and tier 2 colleges has a big difference. Incompetent mid level Management: If working hours start from 10 am, the mid-level manager may call up a meeting at 9 . They don't care about employee wellbeing. They don't even have a strategy. Focus only on sales.

Work culture, salary as compared to market standards, 7 days working and poor top management. First of all, the MD needs to be changed and than there should be drastic change (removed) of few GMs and depot managers because of whom people leave.
