Dislikes

...g in a week. No role of HR management. Yearly incentives are delayed by 01 year. Salary paid on time though. We can't claim any fare if we travel within city for office work. Mediclaim charges, phone bill etc. are deducted from package.

Unfair incentives, illogical salary structure (one of kind company which calculates local conveyance also part of salary) and overall appraisal. If HO like your face then you are good, if they don't you will be treated below avg even you are achieving outstanding sales growth and buisness for company.

Overall Experience: My overall experience has been mixed. While some months are manageable, others can be quite stressful due to unrealistic targets and seasonal fluctuations. The workload often feels inconsistent, making it difficult to maintain a steady work-life balance. Colleagues and Team: The team is a mixed bag. My colleagues are supportive and cooperative.✨👍 Reporting Manager: The reporting manager has a good understanding of the business but often forgets the importance of professionalism and polite communication, which can demotivate the team at times. Work Environment: The work environment has room for improvement. While there are some learning opportunities, the pressure and lack of consistent support from management and peers can make it a tough place to work.
